Rename the subfolder templates/bootsa/html/com_content to com_content_old and check if this fixes the issue. The obsolete template may have other issues and it would better to use a template compatible with Joomla 5, like Cassiopeia.
The frontend template is not compatible with Joomla 5 or Joomla 4. It has a template override in its html subfolder that uses the Mootools javascript library, which was removed in Joomla 4.2Joomla\CMS\HTML\HTMLHelper::_()JROOT/templates/bootsa/html/com_content/article/default.php:24
